Collecting light.

I looked at my phone and it was 11.11. I smiled as I slowly drank my coffee waiting for my auntie to turn up so we could have our natter. Once we were done and said our goodbye's I walked home and chose to go passed the small park and for a wonderful moment the noise of the world fell away. All I could hear were the birds singing to each other in the trees. All I could feel was the brisk air on my skin. The silent light that lay in the space between the world shone briefly and as quickly as it came it was gone. I looked down to see a white feather and I continued walk slowly in honour of that space. I've become a collector of these moments and I make sure that I don't take them for granted. There's not a day that goes by where I don't see a synchronicity in some small way. Sometimes it's just a white feather, sometimes it's significant numbers and sometimes the symphony of the Universe just let's itself be heard a little louder. These moments are precious to me and I do my best to journal them, draw them, and honour them in any way I can. There was a time when rain had just stopped falling and I was walking the dog when all of a sudden light burst through the clouds and lit a single tree in front of me. The drops fell slowly from it's leaves like sparkling crystals. It was absolute bliss.

These moments happen all around us all the time. We just have to be willing to tune into them. They completely reignite my awe for the world around me and I can't help but see or at least feel a connection to the bigger picture. What moments do you collect? What experiences do you look to gather and fill your energy with? When was the last time you felt that divine presence with you? I personally try to find it atleast once a day. In fact I make it a small mission to try and collect moments where the Universe is unfolding in front of me daily. Yesterday I had the usual white feathers, 108, I felt a wonderful blissful moment down the beach with the dog, I even got inspired for an idea for a short novel! Then on the way home I bumped into a few old friends and we ended up having a drink together and laughing for hours. This was after some wonderfully intimate moments during my readings that never fail to surprise me in their tapestries of light. My days take on different shapes all the time and I am rarely doing the same thing twice so I have to make sure that I actively acknowledge these moments when they show up.

Angels are with you all the time. Light is with you all the time. The Universe is always thinking about you and trying it's best to show you where you would find your most rich life experiences. To find the thread to connect with all of this is simple. One day at a time, start to become a passionate collector of light. When you find it, be grateful for it, acknowledge it. Invite it's grace in. There is an open door to this heart of the Universe available to you in every single day. Where is yours today? Where do you think your light might be hanging out today? Where do you think the grace of the Univere is calling you to look today? Think about it. ASK. And be open to seeing those moments when they arrive.

Thank you for reading,
