Finding toxic people.

You deserve a life that you love. You deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. You deserve to wake up every morning and look forward to meeting the people who fill your day. You deserve to be cared about and you deserve the joy of looking after others. You are sacred. You are a universe unto itself. You are love in human shape, manifested and walking around on a giant hunk of rock hurtling through space. You are moment by moment actualised and the sum of your energy. You deserve love and you deserve to be loving. I do not speak these words idly. I'm not just here to help you to start your week with the spiritual insight needed to conquer it, although, that is part of my message today. What I also want you to recognise is that for so many of you, when you look out into your life you can't see the sacred nature of it because you are knee deep in damage you have allowed to run rough shot over your experience. This exact thing happened to me years ago. I woke up inside a life that felt absolutely foreign to me. It was in complete contrast to what I believed life should be for me and what I was told to expect from the Universe. Because of this I wavered in my faith and made a huge mistake, I decided to put other people in charge of my decisions.

Sometimes when we are feeling broken and the responsibility of ownership feels too heavy we often outsource our lives to those around us. In my work it happens from time to time. Someone will become dependent on the interaction with spirit or even sometimes me. I can sense the energy quite quickly because for a long time I did it myself. I put my well being, my happiness in the hands of those around me. Lovers, friends, healers, I found anyone I could to try and tell me how to live my life because I hadn't developed a strong enough inner dialogue. Looking back I was on the brink of stepping into becoming a toxic person. There's a fine line between guide and ruler and as you can imagine by the time I realised what was happening I had about 5 rulers in my life who were telling me what was what. The way to tell the difference between a guide and a ruler n your life is that a guide celebrates when you stand on your own two feet and start making your own decisions. A ruler fights to regain their power. Trying to convince you that you need them. Take a look around you. Who do you go to in order to keep you centred? Who guides you through your life?

As soon as you have found the love at your centre you will see and feel all sorts of weird and wonderful things. Toxic people will light up left right and centre and you will have so many wonderful opportunities to free yourself. Sometimes they will join you and find who they are. Sometimes they will fall away without any explanation. Loving yourself, recognising how you are a universe in a state of constant unfolding doesn't take too much work, STAYING there is the work. This is why we have a daily practice, so that we can remind ourselves of the beauty of the world around us. So if you are waking up this week and feeling the groggy pull of old thoughts, if you are walking into a week that you KNOW is full of people who want you to compromise the very essence of who you are to suit them, if your life is full of energy vampires and rulers of all shapes this is a perfect time to begin trusting yourself. Remember today that you are SO worthy of being gently held to light by the world around you. You just have to show up for it. Be willing to let go of everything and step into your own bliss and then be dedicated enough to want to stay there.

You are so wonderful I could squeeze you!

Big Love,
