Piece by piece.

 

To lay the foundations of a wonderful life you have to at first lay the foundations of a loving mind. You have to choose your thoughts one by one and decide which of these will be the basis on which you make the decisions in your life. If you want a life that is loving from the ground up then do your best to select what is in alignment with the most loving thought available to you. Now that isn't always an incredible thought in itself. Revenge isn't the most wonderful thought but it's better than rage. Rage isn't wonderful but it's better than grief. Grief isn't wonderful but it's better than apathy. You also can't delude yourself into feeling something that isn't there. Just repeatedly telling yourself that you are happy doesn't make it come to pass. You have to ease yourself into your own grace piece by piece. Just choose the best feeling thought that you have available to you at that time. For instance if you want to forgive someone but you're just not in that space yet, dig deep and maybe you'll find that you are looking forward to the day that you forgive them. Maybe you will be looking forward to being free from any negative energy entanglements that have arisen from withholding forgiveness. Just take the next step.

 

 

If you are in a job that you don't like and the only good feeling you can muster up connected to it is the moment of relief you'll feel the second you walk out of those doors for the last time then that can be enough. It won't change your entire energy connected to work but it will move it a step closer towards clearing your mind enough to create something better. What can you do to improve how you feel in this moment in relation to where you are? New years often offer us the idea of a clean slate but now that we are half way through January you are probably beginning to see that some of the energies that you have flung out there havent' quite taken root yet. I don't want you to lose heart. You can and will achieve incredible things, wonderful memories, brilliant adventures if you keep a promise to yourself that you deserve to feel good. Even about people who are not so nice to you, you still deserve to feel good about them.

 

 

 

What are you feeling right now? In this moment what emotion is dominant in your system? Stress is not an emotion. Anxious is not an emotion. Depressed is not an emotion. Those are states of being that are symptoms of unexpressed feeling and deep subconscious chaos. Think about what you are feeling, not just what you are experiencing. Once you have identified that think about how to make the best of it. What can you do to take the next step at improving how you are feeling? It can be anything. Just find a better feeling thought and then a better one and so on until you have begin to take control of where you are emotionally. Remember that you have a mind, you are not one. Everything that you experience you get the choice to make it work for you. You can turn any situation into a platform for a better life not just for yourself but for those around you. You've got this. You're more incredible than you know.
