No matter where I go and what I do I know, in my heart of hearts that I am taken care of. I know that I am loved. I know, that no matter what pain I am facing in the moment that it's nothing more than a stepping stone to a new level of light. I know that when people are mean to me, all they are doing is showing me their true selves and it has nothing to do with me, unless I allow it to. I know that when I lose money it's because I am meant to realign my energy with wealth and I know that when I have extra it's a good idea to use it within the energy of play and to share it with those around me. I have been heart broken, emotionally wounded and I have seen some pretty dark places both within my life and being witness to the million shades of mysticism that is the human psyche. Most importantly, the one thing that I do when I feel my life shift under my feet and the thing that I know will get you through anything that impacts your life is to trust. Trust with a capitol “T”!! I trust that the Universe knows more than I do, works more than I do and creates more than I could ever understand. All I need to do to open myself to that majesty is to do what I need to do to find the quiet place within myself and listen.
You are not just living in your body on this planet. You are being lived by an energy that is conscious and aware. It is the energy that turns the planet, creates life, evolves it, replenishes it. You are the Universe in motion and that motion is the good of all things looking to express itself. It may not always feel like sunshine and lollipops but that is just part of the process. We experience so much unneccessary pain and stagnant moments when we overtly personlise the world. We make it all about us in a way that is inherantly disconnecting. Whilst it's true that we are here to express and explore the soul, to have fun, the leap off the idea of boundary into the fountain of experience we are also here to look into the eyes of other souls and share in that journey. Your life is both all about you and nothing to do with you. Sometimes I think it's reminiscent of the whole “Fate Vs Free Will” argument. We have both. We always did.
There is so much of your life that was set into motion before your feet ever hit the ground but that doesn't mean you don't have the capacity to create wonderful things on the planet out of free will. The only constant we have access to is that the substance of the world is something that feels like falling in love. Everything is always moving in the direction of love. It's that nature of the world around you. Even if it doesn't make sense, even if it hurts like hell right now, relax into it. Let the current take you downstream. Let the light and love at the heart of your being float to the surface. Trust. Know that the Universe has your back because you are a part that Universe. You are not seperate. Love recognises itself and provides itself constant platforms of expression. When we fight it, when we make it all about us, when we make our lives feel very small we can pinch ourselves off from the love that we are built from but we can never cut ourselves off from it. We are built out of it. So relax, trust, know that it's all working out in your best interests even when it doesn't feel like it. If you are just willing to be quiet, to listen and to follow then you'll find yourself exactly where you are meant to be.
