Honour yourself.

Honour yourself

We seem to have lost our understanding of honour, of personal integrity and decorum. We seem to have lost a lot of the skills we used to implement in order to keep ourselves self respecting. Personal boundaries are essential to well being as are personal standards. What are yours? You do have them whether you have explored them or not. They are the things you are willing to accept even if you don't want to. You may not want a mean husband/wife but if you are willing to accept it then that's one of your standards. You may not want a crappy job but if you are willing to accept it then that's generally what you're in.

I am all about raising your expectations of yourself. Not in a way that is harmful or demeaning to others but in a way that keeps you honoured and self loving. You deserve to do what you love to do. You deserve to do what is in your heart. You deserve to live your joy every day. If you have never been told this before from a genuine place of love and acceptance then you have now. The reason I write EVERY DAY and share it with as many as want to listen is because I want the best for people. I want my clients, my friends, my family to turn up at my door with happy stories to share with me about how they are beginning or are authentically living their truth. I am very lucky in that I fell in love with people a long time ago and I have a job which allows me many avenues to share that love.

I got where I am because I honoured myself. I lived my truth. I raised my expectations of myself. I demanded that I live with authenticity and integrity and while it got a little bumpy at times the light outshone the dark and I made room for my joy. I want that for others in whatever form or shape it takes.

Big Love
