How do you serve?
How do you serve yourself? How do you serve the planet? How do you serve your fellow man? You are born of an energy that is unrelenting joy and you know at a deep spiritual level that this joy is the root of your expression. You are here to laugh. You are here to love. You are here to enjoy every piece of life you can get your hands on. THIS is the nature of your service.
You can serve willingly or begrudgingly but that is why you are here. To serve Joy. Find it anywhere you can. You don't have to march on a quest for deep spiritual resonant truth if you don't want to, just find the joy that is available to you. You know enough to know what feels good and what doesn't so start there. Does it feel good to help others? Does it feel good to take care of yourself? Does it feel good to throw a house party and laugh with your friends? Access what you have available to you. Take whatever small step is needed to put a smile on your face and those around you.
Today I want you to think about the week ahead. What can you do this week to make yourself happier? What can you do this week to make the people around you happier? Find an answer and then go ahead with it.
