The easiest way to find the love of your life!
Step 1. Find a mirror.
Step 2. Look at it.
Step 3. There you are!
I spent a BIG chunk of my life looking for a “missing half” because I wanted love. I wanted to be loved and to experience love. It took YEARS for me to learn that love is a gift you give to yourself and even longer to understand that until you give it to yourself it cannot exist around you. The life you experience around you is in direct correlation with the life you create within you. I can't write about this enough and it's something that inspires me so much! When I learned to accept love into my heart, when I learned the value of prayer, when I learned the weight of grace and the momentum and strength in the emergence of authenticity I watched as my life took shape around me. I watched people fall away from my life, I watched new people enter it, I watched my job become a platform for love. I saw myself change and grow and felt myself begin to take the first steps on the planet as a man of true faith. Choosing this life changed me and then it changed my life.
When you finally KNOW that you deserve nothing other than love, respect and kindness you can no longer act like you don't. In that moment of realisation you set yourself a standard that you can no longer deny. It may take you a while to implement it, it certainly took me a few years, but eventually you will get there. Eventually you will sit surrounded by people who want nothing other than the best for you, you will sit in a job that you love with people you love and all because you made the choice to love who you are. I encourage everyone to make that choice and embrace the change that comes as a result of it. In doing so you align yourself with the most loving part of yourself, the most loving part of the Universe and you will attract the most loving people to you.
If you are reading this because you are looking for a partner, a lover, a husband, a wife then I encourage you to stop looking. Instead focus on the love you already have within you. Listen to that love has to say. Listen to what that love wants from you and follow it. Find silence, find peace, find the space of prayer and listen. In that moment you are closer to bringing someone to share in that love. Maybe you want to fix or elevate a current relationship. Apply the same process. What does your heart want? How can you give what your heart wants to yourself? Remember that no one outside of you is responsible for how you feel about yourself. It is no one's job other than yours to create the life you want. It is really your own doing and your own creation.
Thank you for listening,
Big Love
