Most of you who have been to my readings will know that as part of me getting tuned into your energies I read through your auras. I am able to interpret the energies in such a way that helps me to read into your own very personal spiritual map. Part of the energy I connect to is your guardian angels, which by my definition is a being who has achieved a heightened state of evolution and has dedicated part of their spiritual path to keeping you on yours. The deeper I have delved into this kind of work the more and more I am surprised at just how pragmatic an approach they can have to getting you on your path. I have watched them ruffle feathers, end job contracts and even end relationships all in accordance with your higher will. They do so to give you the lift, the support and the guidance to get to the purpose you came forward to live. Their interaction with your life is much more prominent than I at first anticipated but now I am completely grateful for the sheer brute force of their grace.
We often think of guardian angels as something “other”. We think of them as something “out there” that we have to pray to in order to get them to do our bidding. Nothing can be further from the truth. Right this second, as you are reading this your guardian angel is with you. They are watching, helping and listening to everything you are involved in. They are doing their very best to keep you in a place where you are happiest. When you pray to them or just ask out loud for some help they are instantly on the case. They will send you massive intuitive hits, undeniable dreams and of course they can rearrange your life path to best suit who you really are. I often hear people say things like, “I think my guardian angel is on holiday!”. Nothing could be further from the truth. They are ALWAYS on call but don't mistake that for them taking responsibility for your life. They aren't responsible for making you a millionaire or finding you the perfect relationship. They CAN help you make YOURSELF wealthy or put you in the right place to meet up with a soulmate but you have to get invested just the same.
A few of my clients have “Angel Alters” in their homes which I think is a wonderful idea. I might even make one up myself. Having that space you can go to for 10 minutes a day to actively try and listen to your guides is so valuable for your spiritual growth and it changes you. Create the space of prayer, not a space just to pray in, I have mentioned before about the differences between prayer and petitioning but also a space to meditatively listen to what your angel has to say to you. You don't have to be psychic in order to hear it you just have to be willing and open. Your angel knows the best way to get a message to you be it through a sign or a dream or maybe even putting the message in someone else's mouth to speak to you. When you listen out for them you will hear them everywhere in your life. Make room for that very special relationship and watch how your lie elevates!
