This morning I decided to do something a little different. I connected with the Angels around me after my normal meditation and they had a perspective that I felt was worth sharing. The next few paragraphs are technically “Channelled”. Whispered into my ear and then written onto the screen. I hope you find something in them.
“There is deep confusion in the dynamic of how human beings are interacting with each other. You have forgotten that you are one species. You have forgotten that you are wonderful. You have forgotten that you are incarnated angels in your own right brought forward into actualisation for the purpose of creating love. You draw lines in the sand and things like “mine” and “yours”. Everything you hold must be returned. Everything you experience must be passed along. That is the nature of encapsulating life. Even the body through which you view these words must be returned to the planet eventually. All life is borrowed. All land is borrowed. All experience is borrowed. You are wardens of your light not keepers of it. You think one patch of land is more worthy than another. Hold a handful of dirt in your palms and see its value. You are everything that is around you yet you fight for ways to redefine separate. You draw circles around yourself both physically and figuratively to keep people away and then you complain of loneliness. Remind yourself that you are one. One species. One energy. One light.
We are watching you as you resist change whilst change is the nature of everything that you are. Life and death is happening right now within the frame of your body. Do you mourn every blood cell that spills? Do you mourn for cut hair? Who gets to decide which parts of life have more value than others? Who gets to decide which pain you are sensitive to more than others? Can you watch your neighbours children starve whilst you over feed your own? Can you atone for your mistakes? Can you find balance once more in the action of kindness? There are those amongst you who still remember that you used to dance with us amidst the universal chorus. Those are the people who act in times of need. Those are the people for whom joy is not dependant on what they are seeing. Those are the people who can reach into the dark and share their light because they know no other way. Find these people, seek them out, let them remind you what it is to be the angel you are.
There is deep grace in your bones and you can find yourself there. Who are you today? What are you going to do today? How are you going to help the world around you today? What needs your attention? Who needs your prayers? Who needs your actions? We will respect the boundaries of the identity that you have decided for yourself but we will also lovingly remind you that it is not who you really are. Man, woman, Christian, Muslim, Catholic, Buddhist, Gay, Straight, in the course of all the lifetimes your spirit has incarnated you have been all of these things or at the very least their equivalent. To hurt, to banish, to refuse love is to refuse loving a part of yourself. Remind yourself of your own wonder. Act within the truth of who you are. You are like us. You are angels in human form. Do not forget.”
